At 2play, our focus is on customer satisfaction. If you are not content with your purchase, we're committed to finding a solution.
Retraction
If you find that the digital product or service you've purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to apply for a refund. Please note that we can only accept retraction claims if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed, or if you have experienced technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product.
Refunds
After we've reviewed your retraction claim, our team will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. Please understand that the processing time for the refund might take up to 7-10 days.
Exceptions
2play reserves the right to refuse refund requests if we have reason to believe that the user is in violation of our terms of service, has misused our products, or is attempting to exploit this refund policy.
